‘Itadakimasu’ was my 2013 exhibition of a vast collection of my work which took two years to develop. It included 90 hand-painted porcelain ceramics and paintings, many of which were created during my extensive artist residencies in the historical ceramic villages of Nakaoyama, Japan and Jingdezhen, China.
